3. Product Usage & Safety Guidelines

• Users must follow all usage directions, placement guidelines, and cautions provided in product manuals and packaging.
• Do not intentionally puncture, crush, microwave, burn, or dismantle the inner volcanic mineral structure.
• Keep out of reach of infants and small children to prevent potential choking or misuse.
• Discontinue usage immediately in the rare event that you experience skin irritation or physical discomfort.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payment Processing

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We reserve the right to modify prices, withdraw promotional discount coupons, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. While we strive to display accurate inventory and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. 5. Shipping & Order Fulfilment

Customers receive tracking notifications via email and SMS upon dispatch. Nikindo Protrade Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for unexpected transit delays arising from postal strikes, adverse weather, or force majeure events.

6. Hygiene Protocol, Returns & Replacements

In accordance with health and hygiene regulations for personal wellness products, items whose packaging or tamper-evident seals have been broken, opened, or used cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a product that has suffered transit damage or has manufacturing defects, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/video.
